Does anyone know how to change the default lock screen to show Android instead of T-Mobile?

it is in the programming of the theme/ROM.
unless you know the programming, i would suggest not to try it.

It's located in the services.jar file.

If you'd like you can download the source and compile a ROM for yourself, but be prepared for copious amounts of reading and compiling (it's taking me about an hour per build at the moment)...
