I felt the MyTouch - ooooouuuu!!

Wasn't supposed to let it out but the young lady let me HOLD it when I went to trade in a bluetooth headset for the backup pocket charger. They had Merlot which is a cranberry pink color. The buttons are not as bad as the pic on the T-Mo website depicts. They are actually more flush than I had though. The trackball is HUGE, to me. I didn't get to play inside but she did show me that, for now, there's only the portrait virtual keyboard. It is really slim compared and it looks nice. I didn't get to hold it long as it's not supposed to be out to the public as yet. 2 of the 3 T-Mo ladies did not like it.

Yes, I'm getting to0 many different responses on how to even think about MyTouch. It seems to boil down to losing my number AND starting a brand new account AND paying heaps for the new phone. Since nothing is concrete... I'm here to stay. Pros and cons withstanding...

PS - I still have until T-Mo closing time today to make a decision. *laughs*

I saw the MyTouch about a week ago as well, and wasn't impressed either.

I like waiting until the kinks are worked out. Plus, the fact that T-Mo will not have any on display prior to the 8th... kinda sucked. Wish I had waited one more and half weeks so I could have played with the UI and more. Oh well.
