WeLL HERE you go, im attaching the link to download the cupcake update file and simple instruction for you to install it on your phone. i did it, took like 5 mins. I ALREADY named the file update if you download from my link so you dont have to change the name.

DONT extract it, rename it to: Update

1. Put the downloaded file into your SD card and rename it to update.zip
2. Turn ur phone off and re-boot it holding the home AND power button down
3. When you see the triangle hit alt+L
4. Then alt+S
5. Press home and back when it tells you to (to reboot your phone)
6. It'll say installing Radio after you hit home+back (thats normal)
7. It'll reboot a couple times and after you see the new Android loading screen for a few mins then, you've got Cupcake.
